All brethren seeking elected office or planning to advance through the chairs are required to attend the Lodge Officer Training Workshop being sponsored by the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. Although the workshop is geared primarily towards Senior and Junior Wardens and Deacons, all floor officers are invited to attend as are members of the Mentorship and Education Committees. Topics covered in this comprehensive workshop include but are not limited to the following:

• Roles and Responsibilities of the Lodge Officers

• Financial Activities of the Lodge

• Receiving and Presenting Petitions for Membership

• Selecting Lodge Committees

• An Introduction to Lodge Programs

• What to Include during your term as Worshipful Master

• Preparing an Agenda

• Masonic Blood and Organ Donor Program

• Masonic Villages/Outreach Program

• Mentoring Program

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Coffee and pastries are available prior to the session and a complimentary lunch will be provided.
