Members of Lodge No. 2 are invited to represent the fraternity in general, and our lodge in particular by marching in the Salute to America Independence Day Parade during the 4th of July holiday. Representatives from Grand Lodge as well as delegates from Masonic Districts A & D will be marching alongside Lodge No. 2 as we wind our way from Independence Hall through the most historic square mile in the U.S., showcasing the contributions and talents of our local lodges. All Masons marching in the parade must come dressed in a white shirt, black pants, long white socks and black shoes. Participants will be provided with historical garb courtesy of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Philadelphia. Masonic regalia is encouraged but not required. Come celebrate Lodge No. 2’s contributions to the Revolutionary War effort by marching in one of the country’s most anticipated Independence Day parades. For more details, see the attached form.
