What Can Our Lodge Do to Help During the Pandemic?
Presented by: Paul R. Cleveland | Lodge No. 2
A Stated Meeting of Lodge No. 2 will be held at the site of Thomson Lodge No. 340. Lodge No. 2 is pleased to announce that Bro. Paul R. Cleveland will be discussing actions that we as a fraternity can take to support local businesses and philanthropies as they navigate the uncertainties surrounding the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic.
In accordance with the Philadelphia Masonic Temple’s moratorium on indoor gatherings for the foreseeable future, Lodge No. 2 will be holding its next Stated Meeting at Thomson Lodge No. 340 in Paoli, PA. In order to comply with Pennsylvania’s COVID-19 restrictions on indoor gatherings, attendance at this month’s meeting will be capped at 20 participants. RSVPs are therefore mandatory and attendees will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. All attendees must present a signed copy of the COVID-19 release form before they may be admitted into the building. Face masks will be required and social distancing measures will be enforced. As mandated by the Pennsylvania Health Department’s new travel restrictions, members who reside out-of-state and plan to attend the meeting must have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to entering Pennsylvania. Anyone who does not get tested, must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival in the commonwealth.
Dinner will be held at 5:45 p.m. at Baxter’s American Grille. If you will be joining the brethren for dinner, kindly RSVP to Douglas H. Fink by Tues., 23-Feb-2021, via the button below. Although there is no cost to attend dinner, brethren are encouraged to make a nominal donation (e.g. $10.00++) to the Lodge No. 2 Almoner’s Fund in lieu of payment. All proceeds will go towards the relief of worthy, distressed brethren who are currently experiencing financial hardship. To donate, click on the button below:
