Worshipful Master's Message - October 2026

Each month, the Worshipful Master provides an update on current events in relation to Freemasonry in general and Lodge No. 2 in particular. Please see below for this month’s message from the Worshipful Master of Lodge No. 2.

Brethren,

As we begin our October meeting, I ask that we pause to remember our Brother John “Gig” J. Gigliotti. John was not only a Brother, but someone with whom I shared meaningful conversations, fellowship, and the common bond of serving our nation, especially in the Republic of Korea but differing times. He knew how to enjoy life and appreciate the friendships he made. His absence will be felt, but his memory will remain with us.

This month, we also have the honor of commemorating one of our 50-year members, celebrating five decades of dedication to our Lodge and our fraternity.

And we are pleased to welcome Brother Christopher L. Hodapp, P.M., author of Freemasons for Dummies, who will present our October program.
